About Us

We established Ariba Team to offer an alternative to our competition and our online shop is an incredibly important part of that. We aim to provide a user-friendly experience for all our online shoppers and welcome any comments or suggestions for the shop’s improvement. Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier with Ariba Team’s online shop. Just browse through and select any items that you wish to purchase and add them to the shopping cart. When you have finished selecting the produces you wish to purchase, click "Confirm" then "Check Out" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch and Solo credit and debit cards however regrettably we do not accept American Express. We will backorder any out of stock items and advise you of the delivery date.

You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, and postal mail or over the Internet. Although we endeavour to be accurate with all product details and prices, if a product or price is incorrect due to a typographical error we have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account to the value of the original debit.

If shopping from outside UK, please place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars, or your own currency.

Shipping And Returns

Here at Ariba Team we guarantee your satisfaction.

All Resins and Gel Coats have a shelf life of six months from the manufacturing date and we guarantee them for three months after dispatch, on condition that they are looked after and kept in a cool, dark place, just the way they like it. Due to the nature of the materials and products we sell we do not accept returns if ordered incorrectly, however we will treat each case individually, and, if a picking error occurs, we will normally rectify and dispatch next day.

Shipping

Goods are shipped on a next day service, if ordered by 1pm, to the UK mainland. If you require your purchases next day then please call us on (01803) 863211 and we will do all we can to despatch your order straightaway. Alternatively, if you need a Saturday delivery please call us on (01803) 863211 to arrange this for you.

Please allow plenty of time for your order if contractors, etc, are reliant on the goods and time and money could be lost due to any delays. We cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred. Very occasionally late couriers can result in late deliveries although we stress that this is a very rare occurrence. If you require your delivery before 9:30am, for instance, we are more than happy to quote on this requirement. Couriers are able to collect and deliver between 8.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Friday or 8.00 am – 12.00 Noon Saturday. We must stress that the cut off time for next day delivery is 1:00pm.

If you are unable to wait in for goods please call us or leave a note in the order comments section and we will arrange an alternative delivery address. If a delivery is attempted a card will be left with collection instructions, of which you must collect within one week.

Delivery Schedule Orders are processed Monday to Friday.

Despatch Service excludes despatch date, Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. If your order arrives before 1:00pm, we will normally despatch your order the same day.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. We will always contact you – by phone or email – with the option to cancel your order if you cannot wait for the revised delivery date.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free so please click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer and are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee

Our Grade one materials are fully guaranteed and will always be replaced if faulty, you have our guarantee on that. The manufacturers warrant polyester resins for three months however if stored in dark, cool conditions, they will last for approximately 8-12 months. We stress that resins must not be stored in temperatures exceeding 20oC. As conditions for use of our products are beyond our control we cannot accept responsibility for any damage or losses resulting from any information given.

Privacy Policy

Ariba Team will never disclose your details to any third parties (how annoying is it when companies do that!). We do use Cookies on our online shop but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. If you regularly purchase products online, be that from our site or others, then we encourage you to delete the Cookies on your website on a regular basis.

Returns Policy

We aim to please our customers and offer an enjoyable experience every time you engage with us. We are here for you, and because of you, so encourage you to tell us about your experiences with us, positive or negative.

Remittance Terms

For immediate despatch you may wish to pay using any major credit or debit cards, when completing your online order form. Alternatively you may wish to complete an order form and mail us your cheque after we have confirmed the total of your purchase by email.
